Announcements done when?

The General Instructions of the Roman Missal 2002, 90 b states that during the "Concluding Rite" ff there are any brief announcements, they may be made at the this time.

The Lectionary for Mass: Introduction [promulgated in 1981] 27 says:

Any necessary announcements are to be kept completely separate from the homily; they must take place following the prayer after communion. [and before the final blessing]
